Commonwealth Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

For a Master’s award, the applicant must have a first-class academic degree in a relevant postgraduate qualification (16 years of Bachelors’s/Master’s degree) in the subject area by the close date of the HEC applications portal. To be eligible for the Ph.D. scholarship, an applicant must have an award of first-class standing in an appropriate postgraduate qualification (17/18 years Masters/MS/MPhil degrees) in the subject area by the date of closing on the application on the HEC applications portal. Students have the same eligibility requirements as Ph.D. applicants. The Commonwealth scholarship is between one and two years.
